Who We Are
Lobo Construction & Electric LLC is a locally owned and operated roofing and construction company based at 9608 Atrisco Ranch Road SW in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The company is led by its founder, Orlando Moraga — owner and licensed roofing contractor — who stays personally involved in projects from the first inspection to the final walkthrough. When you call Lobo, you deal with the people who actually build your roof, not a sales office.
Our name says it all — like the lobo, we're tough, reliable, and we get the job done. Every project gets our full attention, and we work with our customers in both English and Spanish.
We're licensed, insured, and committed to using premium materials — from shingle to tile to flat-roof systems — to ensure every roof we install stands up to New Mexico's demanding weather.
What We Do
Roofing is the heart of our work. We handle full roof replacement and roof repair across asphalt shingle, tile, and metal systems, plus TPO membranes and silicone coatings for flat and low-slope roofs — on homes and commercial buildings alike. Every job starts with an on-site inspection and a free, itemized estimate, so you know exactly what you're paying for before any work begins.
We also specialize in solar detach and reset re-roofing: our crew removes your solar panels, replaces the roof underneath, and reinstalls the array — one contractor, one schedule, no finger-pointing between a roofer and a solar company. We install new solar panel systems as well.
Beyond the roof, the “Construction & Electric” in our name is real: we offer stucco repair and installation, window installation, and electrical services. That range matters when a re-roof uncovers related work — you don't have to bring in a second contractor to finish the job.
Where We Work
We're an Albuquerque crew, and Central New Mexico is home turf. We serve homeowners and businesses across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Los Lunas, Edgewood, and Santa Fe — from flat-roofed adobes in the historic districts to pitched shingle homes in the newer subdivisions.

Certifications & Standards
We're an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, which means qualifying shingle roofs we install can be registered for the Owens Corning SureNail Limited Lifetime Warranty in your name. For flat and low-slope work, we're certified by Mule-Hide for TPO membrane systems and by Gaco for silicone roof coatings — so those roofs carry manufacturer-backed warranties too.
