Last updated: May 3, 2026

Lobo Construction & Electric LLC (“Lobo Roofs,” “we,” “us”) operates loboroofs.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site or request a quote, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

If you have questions, contact us at orlandomoraga@lobo-construction.com or (505) 850-6336.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you request a quote, sign a quote, or contact us, you may provide:

  • Name, phone number, email address, and service address
  • Project details (service requested, roof type, shingle preferences, message)
  • Signature data when you electronically sign a quote
  • Payment information when you pay an invoice (handled by Stripe — see Section 3)

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we automatically collect technical information including:

  • IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, operating system
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring URL
  • Phone-tap events (clicks on tel: links) and form submissions, used to measure marketing effectiveness

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar identifiers to operate the Site and to measure how it’s used. We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and session management on the admin areas of the Site.
  • Analytics & advertising cookies set by Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (see Section 4).

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may break parts of the Site.

2. How We Use Information

  • To prepare and deliver quotes, schedule work, and provide the services you request
  • To communicate with you by phone, email, or text about your project, including transactional emails (sent via Resend) confirming quote submissions, signed quotes, payments, and job updates
  • To process payments (handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
  • To measure marketing effectiveness, including which ads or pages produce quote requests and phone calls
  • To improve the Site, troubleshoot issues, and prevent fraud or abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the business, under contracts that limit their use of your information:
    • Stripe — payment processing
    • Resend — transactional email delivery
    • Mapbox — address autocomplete and aerial imagery used in your quote
    • Google — analytics and advertising measurement (see Section 4)
    • Amazon Web Services — cloud hosting (EC2)
  • Legal and safety — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or restructuring of the business, your information may transfer to the successor entity.

4. Google Analytics and Google Ads

We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-HVJY6L3LZ5) and Google Ads conversion tracking (account AW-16549274782) to understand how visitors use the Site and which marketing channels lead to quote requests or calls. These services set cookies and may collect information including your IP address, device, and browsing activity on the Site.

We may also use Google’s Enhanced Conversions for Leads feature, which transmits a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your name, email address, phone number, and address to Google when you submit a quote request, so that Google can match your conversion to your prior ad click. Google does not receive the unhashed values from us.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, email orlandomoraga@lobo-construction.com with your request and the email or phone number associated with your account or quote. We will respond within 45 days.

6. Data Retention

We retain quote, customer, and project information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, and enforce our agreements. Marketing analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings (currently 14 months for GA4 user/event data).

7. Security

We use HTTPS across the Site, restrict admin access by password and short-lived sessions, store backups encrypted at rest, and limit database access to authorized administrators. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
